Lotte World has officially opened the first phase of a three phased Polynesian themed waterpark in Seoul, Korea. This long awaited project boasts a 120,000 square meters waterpark filled with impressive waterslides, wave pools and interactive play structures that take up the equivalent of 17 soccer fields. In the first four months of operations, Lotte World has seen daily waterpark attendance records of 18,000 guests per day. As voted by waterpark visitors, Korea’s largest Surf Wave Pool, the third largest in the world, is a definite guest favorite while Korea’s largest Abyss has been chosen by guests as the most thrilling ride!
Opened in 1998, City Museum consists largely of repurposed architectural and industrial objects and is housed in the former International Shoe building in the Washington Avenue Loft District of St. Louis, Missouri, United States. In front of the building is MonstroCity, opened in 2002 it’s an interactive sculpture/playground featuring: two Sabreliner 40 aircraft fuselages suspended high in the air, a fire engine, a castle turret, a 25-foot cupola, four-foot-wide Slinkies that can be crawled through, and two ball pits filled with large, rubber dodge balls.
