Parents want to play it safe!

95% agree that the safety of playground surfacing and equipment is important to them.

With the many benefits of children’s play, including the development of critical physical, emotional, social and cognitive skills, IPEMA and the Voice of Play want to make sure all parents are making time for their kids to engage in regular free play and visiting their local playgrounds!

To help shed light on current parental attitudes play and play habits, we conducted a national survey of parents and uncovered that play is more important than ever.
