EZRA HOLLAND, M.S. is the founder and CEO of The Holland Group [www.theholland-group.com], experts in workforce development and leadership training. After teaching for ten years at San Francisco State University, he moved east and is currently a faculty member in the School of Business at Endicott College in Massachusetts.
